From Humble Beginnings
Our story began 30 years a go in a small kitchen in rural Iowa making apple pies for family and friend's. This apple pie has became very popular. Now we are operating in a license home based kitchen operation of our own. We added apple crisp and this crisp has gone wild, it is delicious These are our signature products. and plan on expanding different pies in the future. Our passion is for baking and sharing our delicious pies and crisp with the world.
Our Ingredients
This is our Signature Dutch Apple Pie with crumb topping. We believe that the best pies start with the best ingredients. That's why we only use locally sourced, organic ingredients whenever possible. From our delicious leaf lard crust and our fresh fruit fillings, you can taste the difference in every bite. We fast freeze the apple pie and you cook it at home at your convenience. You can store our pie in the freezer for up to 4 months for best results. You can request the pie or crisp to be baked for you, just talk to our staff so we ca establish a time to do so. ENJOY!!!.

DUTCH APPLE PIE

This 9 inch deep dish apple pie is our signature pie. It is loaded with apples right from the orchard and weighs approx. 3 lbs. This is frozen so you can bake it at home or you can ask us to bake it for you. Baking is a $1.50 extra charge. Instructions: Keep frozen until ready to bake. Preheat oven to 350 degrees, place apple pie on a sheet pan lined with aluminum foil and bake for 1 hr. 15min. or until golden brown. Let cool for 30 min. so it sets up.
APPLE CRISP

There is a heaping 5 cups of our favorite tart apples in this approx. 3 lbs of apple crisp and it is absolutely out of this world. This is frozen so you can bake it at home or you can ask us to bake it for you. Baking is a $1.50 extra charge. Instuctions: Keep frozen until ready to bake. Place frozen apple crisp on a sheet pan lined with aluminum foil and bake in a preheated oven at 350 degrees for 1 hour and 15 minutes. Let cool for 30 minutes so it sets up.
